Lunch

Today, my friend, Keli, picked-up Aiden from preschool and took him to her house for lunch. I was coming over with Zander so we could all eat together. Before I came over, Aiden told Keli that he didn't want me to come over. He only wanted to eat with Keli and her boys. :-( Sad!!!! He knew I was going to take him home after lunch and he didn't want to nap).

Also, while he was there, Keli asked Aiden if he wanted to make a pizza for lunch. He told Keli that he couldn't because his momma wouldn't let him touch the stove because it is hot. Keli told him he wouldn't need to touch the stove. Aiden said, well, I'm also not allowed to touch the counter. Keli told him that he could make it at the table. I'm glad to know he actually does listen to me! Although I have to say he frequently helps me make dinner on the counter.

Christmas

Zander loved his stocking that my mom made. She followed Erik's mom's stocking pattern. It was exciting for other reasons too--Zander got three teeth. Sing "All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth!"

We all wore orange to support Bobby's hometown team of Clemson. What a fun football game!!!

We had Meredith, Bobby, and Gregg here.

Aiden & Zander see Santa

Took Aiden and Zander to see Santa...Aiden even had about 5 minutes to really talk to him and ask questions (e.g. Where do you live?). This was our first year seeing Santa without tears. Granted, I didn't put Aiden on Santa's lap this year (that would have caused different results).

New Table

Erik refinished a table we bought on the cheap. We purchased new chairs to go with it. It is wonderful to have furniture in our dining room and living room now!

Thanksgiving

My parents and niece were here for Thanksgiving. We made Turkey hats (see my mom modeling).
